Made as cake toppers
The cake was being made by the local cake store and they wanted me to make the characters to sit on top

For a guy that loves his gaming. He actually has the new xbox, but both his girlfriend and I agreed that the old-school xbox has a lot more character and would look much better in cake! The controller was made from two cupcakes.

Cookies and cream mudcake with chocolate icing made for a colleague (in the networking team - to explain the cable!) that was leaving for the UK. He was trying to leave without making a fuss so I only found out the day before his last day. This entire cake was cooked, iced and decorated that night!

A birthday surprise for a very lucky bloke from his fiance. We worked together on the design after she told me that he liked jack daniels, boobs and a few other things. It was a last minute order but I thought it came togethet pretty well.

White chocolate mud cake torso with milk chocoloate mud cake breasts. This cake was for a 40th birthday party that had a superhero theme! The birthday girl loved it and much fun was had with most of the guests wanted to eat the top half so they could say that they had eaten Wonderwoman's breasts!

This 3 tier wedding cake consisted of a bottom tier of cherry ripe mud cake and the two top tiers of Orange and Poppyseed cake. Each tier was 3 layers of cake high. The bride and groom were hand made from icing to match the bride and groom and their outfits. This couple were avid hikers and chose to represent this through their wedding cake.

This cake was quite fun to make. It was my first time making the bride and groom figures and I was really happy with them. The bride also requested that the cake look "rough", with dints in it - so no flat icing for this one, it was quite liberating to be putting dints all over the tiers!

I made this cookies and cream cake for a work colleague who was leaving for greener pastures! This was my first attempt at a Cookies and Cream and cake (made with Oreos) and it was a big success. The pacman theme was because we work in IT and pacman was suitably nerdy! :)

This cake was made to celebrate a bride-to-be's kitchen tea. Her sister had seen a similar cake that I had brought into work and insisted that she surprise her sister with one that looked like a bride.

This cake was a surprise cake for 2 dear friends of mine who have been together for over 10 years. Brett surprised us all by popping the question to Leanne whilst on an New Zealand holiday. I had the spare keys to their house so surprised them by having this cake waiting for them when they arrived home. The camera and the album were both cherry ripe mud cake and the flash actaully flashed. I heard that Leanne got quite the surprise walking into the house to find something flashing on the kitchen counter!
